GlassPilot AI began with a problem faced by small tempered-glass factories: production quality can depend heavily on a few experienced operators. When heating time or temperature is unsuitable, the result may be weak glass, poor clarity or surface waviness. Re-producing an order costs glass, energy, labour and time, while the knowledge needed to avoid the same problem may remain in one person’s experience.
Our concept turns production records and expert corrections into practical guidance for everyday operators. It is not designed to replace skilled people. Experienced operators remain responsible for reviewing unusual cases, correcting recommendations and explaining the reasons behind a change. Their judgement helps each factory build guidance suited to its own machines and conditions.
GlassPilot AI focuses on small factories that need a realistic path to lower defects, more standardised decisions and stronger knowledge continuity. The proposed monthly subscription combines factory-floor software, continuing model improvement, software updates and online support. Our approach is reliable, precise, intelligent, practical and efficient: useful technology should fit the production process, communicate clearly and keep people accountable for the final decision.
